Join St John Ambulance in the Health & Well Being Area for live demonstrations running throughout the day on how to perform CPR correctly. These interactive sessions provide the chance to learn and practise vital lifesaving skills, directly reflecting how instructors are assessed during their PDI theory training. A valuable opportunity to build confidence and knowledge.

The team will also be doing AED demonstrations, which  stands for Automated External Defibrillator, a portable, lifesaving device used to help someone who has suffered a sudden cardiac arrest. The AED analyses the person’s heart rhythm and, if necessary, delivers an electric shock to help restore a normal heartbeat.
