Parking

The venue offers free on-site parking across a variety of car parks, all within a short walking distance. We’ve hired extra parking stewards for 2026 to streamline this process and ensure delegates can get into the queue swiftly. In total, we have over 800 car parking places to use. If needed, there is also free on-street parking available in the surrounding area. To avoid the venue, please arrive early.

There are 10 dedicated disabled parking spaces located directly next to the venue entrance.

We kindly encourage car sharing where possible to help reduce the event’s carbon footprint.

Travel

Car – From an environmentally friendly point of view, we encourage all visitors to car share on the day and travel with fellow instructors from your local area. It’s all part of the fun — share the journey, split the fuel costs, and help keep the event’s carbon footprint down. Every little bit helps! For sat nav, please use B90 4LE. The venue is at the heart of the motorway network, Solihull is connected to junctions 4, 5 & 6 of the M42, connecting to the M40 and M6. For the M5 southbound, take junction J4A (Birmingham).

Bus – No. 6 bus leaves Solihull Train Station at 10-minute intervals to Marshall Lake Road. Then, walk 8 minutes down to Cranmore Boulevard.

Train – Solihull is connected to two mainline routes via Birmingham International and Solihull Station, which connect to Birmingham and London.

Catering

The venue offers a wide range of food and drink options to keep you refreshed throughout the day. The Dining Room on the ground floor seats up to 120 people, while The Loft upstairs offers seating for 100 and includes a Barista Bar serving pastries and hot drinks. Both areas provide a great selection of cost-effective hot and cold lunch options.

The award-winning catering team delivers a diverse menu designed to suit all tastes. You’ll also find a spacious seating area and refreshment station in Cranmore I, and a Barista Bar serving snacks in Cranmore II.
